How do I create an account?

Download the Ummah App from the App Store or Google Play, open the app, and tap "Sign Up." Follow the prompts to create your account using your email address or phone number.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your registered email address. You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.

How do I update my profile information?

Open the app, go to your profile by tapping the profile icon, then tap "Edit Profile." Make your changes and tap "Save" to update your information.

Is Ummah App free to use?

Yes, Ummah App is free to download and use. Some premium features may be available through optional in-app purchases or subscriptions.

How do I report inappropriate content or users?

Tap the three dots (•••) on any post or profile, then select "Report." Choose the reason for reporting and submit. Our moderation team will review the report promptly.

How can I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed from our servers.
