Welcome to Ummah App. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ummah App mobile application and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading, or using Ummah App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Ummah App. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. User Conduct

You agree to use Ummah App responsibly and respectfully. You will not:

• Infringe on the rights of others
• Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Distribute spam, malware, or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Engage in any activity that violates Islamic principles and values

5. Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on Ummah App ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display Your Content in connection with operating and providing the Service.

5.2 Content Standards

All content must:

• Be respectful and appropriate for a diverse Muslim community
• Not contain hate speech, discrimination, or offensive material
• Not infringe on intellectual property rights
• Align with Islamic values and principles
• Not contain false or misleading information

5.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Ummah App and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Privacy

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UMMAH APP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ummah App and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws and courts of the United Arab Emirates.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ummah App regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
